The Australian Achiever Awards measures, recognises and rewards the success for client service delivery.

Good client service is the keystone to a well-run business.  It is as vital to a large public company as it is to a small private enterprise.

Since 1998, the real estate awards process has successfully helped businesses across Australia to measure and improve their customer service focus. The Australian Achiever Awards go directly to the participant’s clients, for their confidential input and feedback.

The Australian Achiever Awards are based solely on client service issues and on Client Service ratings which are scored on feedback directly from clients in a uniquely quantifiable, unbiased and objective process.

Australian Achiever Awards staff remain at arms-length, divorced from any influence that could affect the results.
