Purchasing PartnershipWho through their house search have become aware privately of a property for sale or has the time and the know-how to find and inspect suitable properties (we recommend inspection of at least 30 suitable properties). Here again, they recognise buying or leasing property is not their forte, nor do they possess the necessary market knowledge to negotiate the best price, terms and conditions and the resources to complete the transaction swiftly. Unlike Property Search 4U, they do not buy/lease properties everyday and consequently they could be subjective about the property they found.

Stage 1

  • Execute the agency agreement.

Stage 2

  • Complete market analysis of selected property (s) for your review;
  • Assist with strata (if applicable), building and pest inspections as instructed;
  • Submit progress report.

Stage 3

  • Obtain confirmation from your solicitor/conveyancer they have completed the review of the contract;
  • Negotiate the best price, terms and conditions;
  • Secure acceptance of our written offer or bid at auction if that is the sale method of the selected property;
  • Conduct exchange of contract.

Stage 4

  • There are a number of parties involved in the final stage. We will ensure the process is progressing according to the agreed dates;
  • If it is an investment property, we can help you appoint a reliable property manager;
  • Conduct pre-settlement inspection and deliver the keys to you;
  • Assist you with the appointment of specialised services if required.
